Policy.

How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us. Written in plain language. No dark patterns. No surprises.

Vitality Recovery Dynamics, LLC ("Vitality Recovery Dynamics," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.

§ 01Information We Collect

When you visit our website, place an order, contact us, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect information that helps us fulfill your order and improve your experience:

  • Identity & contact information: name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and phone number.
  • Order & payment information: products purchased, order history, and payment details. Card numbers are processed directly by our PCI-compliant payment processors — we never store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Account information: if you create an account, your username, hashed password, and saved preferences.
  • Technical information: IP address, device type, browser type, referring URLs, pages viewed, and time spent on each page, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications: any messages you send through our contact form, email, or customer-service channels.

§ 02How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect for these purposes:

  • To process and ship orders for foam rollers, massage tools, acupressure mats, and other physical mobility gear.
  • To provide order confirmations, shipping notifications, and customer support.
  • To send marketing emails about new products, sales, and recovery routines — only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, unauthorized access, and other security incidents.
  • To analyze website traffic, improve product pages, and refine our customer experience.
  • To comply with applicable laws, court orders, and regulatory obligations.

§ 03Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to remember your preferences, keep items in your cart between visits, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain features of the website, such as the shopping cart and account login.

§ 04How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted third parties that help us operate our business, and only to the extent required to deliver the service you have requested:

  • Shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver your physical products.
  • Payment processors to securely complete your transaction.
  • Email service providers to send order confirmations and (with your consent) marketing communications.
  • Analytics providers to help us understand how visitors use the site, in aggregated and anonymized form whenever possible.
  • Law enforcement or regulators where required by valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vitality Recovery Dynamics, our customers, or others.

§ 05Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements.

§ 06Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), restricted internal access controls, and periodic security audits. No system, however, can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

§ 07Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
