These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vitality Recovery Dynamics website and your purchase of any physical mobility products — foam rollers, deep-tissue tools, acupressure mats, and related recovery gear (the "Products"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
§ 01Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By submitting an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally authorized to use the payment method you submit.
§ 02Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are offers to purchase, subject to acceptance by Vitality Recovery Dynamics. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: inventory shortages, suspected fraud, pricing or product-description errors, or restricted shipping destinations. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
§ 03Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination. Payment is processed at the time the order is placed through our PCI-compliant payment processors.
§ 04Shipping Policy
4.1 Processing time
Orders are typically processed and packed within one to two (1–2) business days from our Sheridan, Wyoming workshop. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
4.2 Domestic shipping
We ship physical goods to all fifty (50) U.S. states via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $75.
4.3 International shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. International transit typically takes 7–21 business days depending on customs processing.
4.4 Delivery & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss for all Products pass to you upon our delivery of the Products to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier directly first, then reach out to our support team.
§ 05Returns, Refunds & the 30-Day Recovery Guarantee
We stand behind every roller, tool, and mat we ship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less original shipping costs.
- To begin a return, email support@vitalityrecoverydynamics.com with your order number. We will issue a return authorization and a prepaid return label.
- Returned items must be in usable condition. Sanitary considerations apply to acupressure mats and pillows — these may be returned but must be clean and free from damage.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
- Final-sale items, gift cards, and clearance bundles are not eligible for return.
§ 06Product Warranty
All physical mobility Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal use. The Granite Percussion Mallet carries an extended two (2) year warranty on its motor and battery. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, modification, commercial use, or normal cosmetic wear. To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with photos of the issue and your order number.
§ 07Use of Products & Assumption of Risk
Our Products are tools for physical biomechanical recovery and mobility work. Like any physical equipment, improper use can cause injury. By purchasing and using our Products, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will read and follow all included instructions and on-Product warnings.
- You will discontinue use if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort and consult a qualified professional regarding your physical condition.
- You assume all risks associated with the use of physical recovery equipment.
§ 08Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, product images, designs, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Vitality Recovery Dynamics, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
§ 09Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitality Recovery Dynamics, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or our Products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our website to do the same.
